Hunter's Shulym from game meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to mention that this dish doesn't really have a fixed recipe. It's more of an improvisation, as you use whatever ingredients you have on hand. It's important to clean, soak, and singe the game meat in advance, and after that you can add any vegetables, rice, herbs, and spices you like. It's hard to imagine a better option for a hearty lunch or dinner outdoors. Serve hot.
