Cucumbers in Garlic Sauce for Winter
Description
A homemade winter preserve. The highlight of this canning recipe is a piquant garlic sauce that gives the cucumbers an unforgettable flavor and aroma. I ended up with about 2–3 liter jars of cucumbers. Store them best in a cool cellar or in the refrigerator. I recommend this simple recipe for winter cucumbers in garlic sauce—I hope you enjoy it.
