Cucumbers with Cottage Cheese and Garlic
Description
The appetizer is prepared quickly and simply. Such a dish works well as an appetizer for a festive table. Be sure to roast the garlic in the oven beforehand, as it fundamentally changes its aroma and becomes soft, which is very important for the filling. It is preferable to use larger cucumbers so they are easier to stuff. In addition, I recommend using fattier cottage cheese so it holds its shape well. It can be served warm or chilled.
