Cucumbers with crab filling

Description

Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. To make the filling, chop the crab meat very finely and mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise, potato, and vinegar. Also add pepper and salt to taste, then mix everything thoroughly. Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove all seeds from each half. Fill the hollow in each vegetable with the prepared crab filling. Arrange lettuce leaves on a flat platter, place the cucumbers on top, and garnish with parsley. Serve the appetizer.
