
Cucumbers with Garlic for Winter
Description
Winter preserve at home. To make garlic cucumbers for winter at home, mix all the ingredients with the cucumbers, then put everything in a jar and sterilize it. You don't have to crush the garlic—you can leave it whole. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

Rinse the cucumbers under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them into spears. You can cut them into 4 or 8 spears.

Add vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pressed garlic, pepper, mustard, parsley, dill, and vinegar to the bowl of cucumbers. Mix everything thoroughly.

Once mixed, let the salad rest for up to half an hour.

Sterilize the jars. Leave them in boiling water for a set amount of time, depending on jar size. 1-liter jars — 15 minutes; half-liter jars — 8 minutes.

After this, wrap the jars in a blanket. Let them cool, then leave them in a cool place. In a couple of days, you can taste them.
