Korean-style cucumbers
Description
Korean-style cucumbers are a very tasty, spicy dish or appetizer that doesn't require much effort. The only downside is that Korean-style cucumbers need an hour or two to be fully ready to eat. By the way, I want to warn you right away: when you make the oil with sesame seeds, be sure to watch afterward so the sesame doesn't burn. Good luck, and serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thoroughly wash the cucumbers. If the skin is bitter, you can peel it. Cut the cucumbers into sticks or rings.
- 2
Step 2

Place in a deep enough bowl, sprinkle with salt, mix, and leave for 20 minutes so the cucumbers release their juice.
- 3
Step 3

Then drain the released juice and add soy sauce, vinegar, and chili pepper to the cucumbers.
- 4
Step 4

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, place it over heat, and add sesame seeds. Fry quickly until they change color.

Step 5

Next, add sesame oil to the cucumbers, mix, and add the garlic. Place the dish in the refrigerator to rest for 1–2 hours. Done!
