Bulgarian pickled cucumbers
Description
Of the many options, I find the Bulgarian-style canned cucumber recipe to be the simplest and easiest. You need to prepare the marinade using approximately 1.5 liters for three 3-liter jars. But everyone packs cucumbers into jars differently, so the amount of marinade varies as well. The less empty space in the jar, the less marinade you will need. In any case, you now have an approximate ratio. The recipe doesn’t call for much salt, so be careful — topping off jars with plain boiling water is not recommended. Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
