
Very tasty rosehip compote made in a multicooker
Description
The finished rosehip berry decoction lowers blood pressure and serves as an excellent cholagogue. It is contraindicated for people with ulcers or gastritis with high acidity. Be sure to read this recipe—the drink is divine. Serve chilled.

1. Wash the rose hips 2-3 times under running water.

2. Bring water to a boil and pour it over the rose hips in the multicooker bowl.

3. Set the temperature to 100 degrees for 40 minutes (or use the "stewing" mode for 40 minutes).

4. When the program turns off, mash all the rose hips thoroughly so they release their flavor and beneficial properties to the maximum extent.

5. Once you have mashed all the rose hips, leave them for 6–8 hours on the automatic warming setting to steep. Then strain the decoction through a colander or sieve.
