Very tasty peanut butter cookies
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. You can make peanut butter at home or buy it at the store. But homemade is definitely tastier. No flour is needed at all to make these cookies, yet they turn out crispy, sweet, and very delicious. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Beat the room-temperature egg until foamy.

2. Add sugar and beat everything with a mixer.

3. When the egg has lightened in color and increased in volume, add peanut oil and vanilla essence or vanilla. Mix until smooth.

4. Divide the resulting mixture into 2 parts. Immediately add chocolate chips or chunks to one part.

5. Chop fresh peanuts (although slightly salted ones will work too) with a knife or process in a blender, whichever you prefer. Add to the second part of the paste.

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the future cookies on it. Using two tablespoons, form a ball, then press it on both sides with a fork.

7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely to form a crispy crust.
