Sea Buckthorn Kissel in a Multicooker

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and sort the sea buckthorn. If frozen, simply thaw slightly.

Peel the orange, cut into cubes. Cut the zest into strips and set aside.

Blend the sea buckthorn and orange with a blender.

Strain the resulting mixture through a sieve. Put the juice in the refrigerator, and set the pulp aside.
