Fat-free vanilla yogurt
Description
Use pasteurized milk for the yogurt and warm it slightly, but not above 40 degrees. You can buy the starter culture in specialty stores or at a pharmacy. Yogurt can be prepared in a yogurt maker, multicooker, or simply by placing it in warm water and wrapping it up. Sugar can be replaced with honey or a sugar substitute. Can be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making fat-free vanilla yogurt.
- 2
Step 2

Pour warm milk into a saucepan and add dry milk.
- 3
Step 3

Add the sugar and mix well until the milk and sugar are completely dissolved.
- 4
Step 4

Add vanilla extract to the milk to taste, and mix.
- 5
Step 5

Add the yogurt starter or, as I do, natural yogurt without additives, to the pot with milk. Mix everything well until smooth.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the yogurt into small bottles or jars and cover them. Place them in a yogurt maker or into the bowl of a multicooker filled with warm water, ensuring the water level is slightly above the jars. Set the "Yogurt" mode and let it ferment for 6–8 hours.
- 7
Step 7

After cooking, transfer the yogurt jars to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then it can be served.
- 8
Step 8

Can be served.
