New Year's Appetizer

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix the processed cheese with the garlic and mayonnaise. Roll the mixture into balls, placing a shelled walnut in the center of each one. Grate the crab sticks and roll the balls in them. Arrange the Raffaello on a plate and refrigerate for 2 hours. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
