
New Year's turkey roll
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I don't use any fats in this recipe, so the roll turns out diet-friendly with delicate tangerine notes. You can serve it in any form, not only hot—it's delicious when cooled as well. Check out my recipe. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash and dry the turkey meat. Take your favorite spices and salt. Let's get started!

Pound the turkey fillet well with a mallet, sprinkle with salt and aromatic herbs, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Spread grated cheese over the fillet. Peel the mandarin segments, removing membranes and seeds. Arrange them as shown in the photo, or simply place them in the center.

Roll the meat tightly into a roll. Tie with kitchen twine. Wrap in foil and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Open the foil and brown the top of the roll. Let it cool slightly, then slice into portion pieces and serve. Happy New Year!
