New Year's Cake
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. For this dessert, you'll need a Christmas tree-shaped mold. If you don't have one, don't worry—bake the sponge cake in a round pan and cut out a tree shape using a parchment paper template. For extra flavor, add coconut flakes to the buttercream. Decorate the tree with emerald-green kiwi, pomegranate seeds, and make your New Year's table truly special! Happy New Year! Serve with tea or coffee.
