New Year's Dessert
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. So, I'll tell you. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients, let's get started! My jelly package was designed for 400 ml of water. Put the kettle on and bring the water to a boil. Additionally, you'll need another 50 ml of boiling water to dissolve the gelatin.

Step 2

2. Pour boiling water over raspberry jelly and dissolve. Pour boiling water over plain gelatin as well and mix. Add the gelatin to the cream, add sugar, and mix. These will be the two jelly bases.

Step 3

3. Take a container suitable for the volume. I found it convenient to pour the jelly into cups: two small ones and two large ones. My daughter and I decided it would be a family, so the children should be smaller. Pour a couple of tablespoons of jelly into the bottom of each cup and place them in the refrigerator to set. Once fully set, pour a layer of white jelly, then return to the refrigerator. Alternate layers until you run out of jelly, but plan so that the final layer is raspberry-colored; otherwise, the "snow" (coconut flakes) won't be visible.

Step 4

4. While the jelly is cooling, make the horns. Take a piece of parchment paper, a small plastic bag, and chocolate. I used three pieces of chocolate, and even had some left over. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, on a radiator, or in the oven. Fill the plastic bag with melted chocolate, tie the top, and cut off the tip.

Step 5

5. Use chocolate to draw horns. Avoid making them too thin, as they may break during handling. Also, don't make them too large—bulky, heavy horns may fall out of the soft banana. Place the horns in the freezer or refrigerator to set.

Step 6

6. When the jelly is completely set and the horns have hardened, you can start assembling the dessert. Peel the bananas, cut off both ends to create 4 faces. Insert cloves for eyes. Dip the faces into cocoa powder. It's better to slightly trim the bottom part of the banana face so the heads stand more steadily. Make small cuts above the eyes with a thin knife and carefully insert the horns. Place the faces onto the jelly and sprinkle coconut flakes on top as snow. The dessert is ready!
