New Year's Tartlets with Cheese Filling
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. For this appetizer, choose small tartlet shells—they're easier to work with. Adjust the amount of garlic to taste, and it's also important that the cheese mixture not be oversaturated with mayonnaise. Otherwise, the tartlets will quickly go soggy. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Also make thin threads from the cheese—these will be the "tail." Arrange the appetizer to look like a "Mouse," using cloves for the "eyes and nose."
