New Year Rolls
Description
Any dish that can be presented in the shape of a Christmas tree is perfect for a holiday table, and meat rolls are no exception! These rolls can easily be decorated using cucumber and carrot, cut into the shape of a little tree. I recommend preparing cranberry sauce for this dish—it will make it even more beautiful and add a pleasant berry aroma. Despite meat rolls being a classic appetizer, these will truly become a festive centerpiece for your New Year's table.
