A tasty appetizer for any gathering. You can use round crackers, or ones with seeds or other add-ins. Be creative. Serve with greens and sauce.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Remove the foil from the cheese. Trim the cucumber to match the shape of the cheese pieces.

    Also trim the crackers to match the shape of the cheese pieces. Assemble with a toothpick: cheese piece–cracker–cucumber.

    Slice the olives into half-rings to make eyes. Cut thin tails from the onion.

    Finish decorating. Attach the eyes, ears, and nose. Insert the tail using a toothpick.
