60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The baking is simple and quick. We'll be making very beautiful cookies. First, combine honey, sugar, butter, and baking soda in a bowl, and melt over a water bath. Add eggs, mix well, and cool. Then mix in the flour, knead the dough, and roll it out into a sheet. Cut out round cookies, making small and large central holes. Fill the central holes with powdered crushed hard candies and bake the cookies in the oven for 5 minutes. Then remove them, add more candy powder, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Let the cookies cool directly on the baking tray. Next, decorate them with icing. These cookies can hang on the Christmas tree for at least a week while preserving their wonderful taste. Enjoy your holidays! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
