Perfect with tea and coffee. Norwegian potato flatbreads are very easy to make. They can be made for an everyday table, and they will also look достойно on a festive table, especially if cut into small rolls.     Prepare the ingredients, boil the potatoes.

    While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the filling from cream cheese, onion, and dill. Chop the herbs and mix them with the cream cheese. Finely chop the fish.

    Drain the water from the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add spices, mash into a puree, and add half of the butter.
