Description
The cake resembles a molehill when a mole emerges to the surface, which is exactly why this dessert got its name. The dessert is delicious and relatively easy to prepare. I think after making it once, it will become one of your favorites. Let the finished cake chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours before serving. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1
For the dough: break the eggs into the bowl of a mixer, add sugar, and whisk for 5 minutes. Then pour in the olive oil and milk, and mix.

Step 2
Sift the flour, add baking powder, vanilla extract, and cocoa, then mix everything. Pour the prepared batter into a baking pan and place in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes, then set the cake aside.

Step 3
For the cream: in a saucepan, combine milk, flour, starch, sugar, and vanilla extract, mix well and place over heat. Cook after boiling until a thick mass forms. Remove from heat, set aside and let cool slightly.

Step 4
Place the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, beat with a mixer, then add the grated chocolate and mix with a spatula.

Step 5
Cut the sponge cake into 2 layers (one slightly thinner than the other). Place the larger piece onto a tray, and using a spoon or your hands, remove the center, leaving the base and edges intact. Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise.

Step 6
Place a layer of cream, then add the bananas and cover them with the second part of the cream. Crumble the remaining cake over the cream.

Step 7
Refrigerate the cake for 2-3 hours to let it soak well, then serve.
