Potato gnocchi

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The cooking process is very similar to the familiar way we prepare lazy vareniki. And, by the way, the main rule is the same—less flour, more, in this case, potatoes. So if you've ever made lazy vareniki, you'll definitely manage to make gnocchi :) Serve hot.

    1. Cool the boiled potatoes in a small container.

    2. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.

    3. Mix the potatoes with egg yolks and flour.

    4. Roll the resulting potato mixture into sausages, cut into small pieces, and press with a fork for a nice appearance, as shown in the picture.
