
Night buns
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. It's best to knead the dough before bedtime, leave it overnight, and in the morning you can bake delicious buns. You can top the finished buns with icing or condensed milk, or leave them plain. The dough can be kneaded by hand or using a food processor. Simple and very tasty homemade baking.

1. Heat the milk in the microwave and dissolve the yeast in it; let it sit for 3–5 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, mix granulated white sugar, 3 tablespoons of softened butter, a pinch of salt, and eggs. Combine the yeast mixture with the ingredients just prepared.

3. Sift the flour into the ingredients and knead the dough using a food processor.

4. Knead until the dough stops sticking to the blades, grease the bowl with vegetable oil, and place the dough into it.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let the dough rest for 1-2 hours.

6. After the required time, roll out the dough into a large sheet.

7. Mix 5 tablespoons of butter, nuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Place the filling onto the dough sheet and roll it up into a log.

8. Slice the roll into pieces and arrange them in a baking dish, then refrigerate overnight.

9. In the morning, place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

10. For the glaze: mix melted butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth. Drizzle the buns with the prepared glaze and serve.
