
Low-carb apple charlotte
Description
It is perfect with tea and coffee. Charlotte made from this recipe is easy to bake, and the pie is very low in calories. Of course, as with any other baked goods, you should not overdo it, but one piece of this fragrant treat will not harm your figure. We replace ordinary flour with rice flour, but you can use any whole grain flour or two kinds at once. Despite the slightly changed composition of the pie, the bake stays just as quick and easy to make, and just as delicious. Try it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Add salt and sweetener to taste.

Using an immersion blender, blend everything until it reaches a smooth, purée-like consistency.

Add rice flour and baking powder.

Add diced or wedge-cut apples and cinnamon to taste to the dough.

Transfer the dough to a greased pan (mine is silicone, I didn’t grease it). Bake the pie in the oven at 170 degrees for 40–50 minutes.
