Low-calorie appetizer for wine
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. This ultra-light appetizer pairs perfectly with wine. Dry wine is preferred if you don't want extra calories! The dish is ready in an instant. The ingredients aren't cheap, but they look regal and are very healthy.
Instructions

Step 1

Drop the shrimp into boiling water and cook for about three minutes. Don’t cook them longer or they’ll turn rubbery. Size doesn’t matter for this appetizer.

Step 2

Cut the washed lettuce, celery, cucumber, and pineapple. Mince the garlic very finely, as well as the onion. Divide the salad mixture among wide glasses and top with pineapple and shrimp.

Step 3

Add the garlic. Sprinkle green onion and pepper on top. You can add a dressing of equal parts sour cream and ketchup so the appetizer salad isn’t dry. You can also dress it with olive oil. And a slim figure!
