
Non-sweet cottage cheese pancakes
Description
Syrniki with a golden crust will be perfect even on a trip or at a picnic; they can be prepared in advance and fried on a grill or barbecue. Don’t forget to serve various sauces, pâtés, dips, etc. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients listed. You can add any herbs to the cottage cheese pancakes, as well as bacon, boiled meat, spices, and aromatics.

Place cottage cheese (any fat content) into a deep bowl. Crack a chicken egg into the same bowl, add salt and meat seasoning.

Rinse and chop the dill, then add it to the container. Mash everything thoroughly with a fork.

Add 2 tbsp of premium-grade wheat flour and mix everything again.

Pour the remaining flour onto a plate. Divide the cottage cheese dough into equal portions and wet your hands with water. Roll each portion into a syrnik shape and coat on all sides in flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the syrniki in it over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
