Unusual spicy sauce for meat
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. For this sauce, you should use fairly firm and sweet peppers to enhance the dish's flavor. It's best to use apple or grape vinegar, as regular 9% vinegar might slightly alter the sauce's taste. If you don't have lemon juice, you can squeeze the juice of one lemon into the sauce and add a bit of zest—it will only make the sauce more delicious! Be sure to try this sauce; you won't regret it. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
