Description

The recipe won't take much time. Prepare cutlets from the meat mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy hot.

    Finely chop the onion.

    Add the chicken mince. You can use pork, beef, or a mixture. I happened to have chicken mince.

    Add soy sauce and ground black pepper. Mix again.
