German Apple Pancake
Description
German traditional cuisine is not only about sausages, cabbage, and beer, but also includes delicious desserts and baked goods. German apple pancakes belong to this category. When prepared properly, they develop a delicious crispy crust on the outside, while remaining soft and sweet on the inside. The recipe for German pancakes is very simple, and the ingredients are basic, so I see no reason not to treat yourself to this dessert :)
