Step 1

Take the butter out of the refrigerator and place it in a bowl. Let it sit until softened. Add powdered sugar and beat with a mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.
- 2
Step 2

Add a raw chicken egg to the butter mixture, then beat everything again with a mixer until completely smooth and uniform.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour twice through a sieve and add it to the bowl. Add the other dry ingredients—spice mixture and salt—to the same bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Knead a soft and elastic dough. It should not stick to your hands. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for an hour.
- 5
Step 5

After an hour, take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out into a 0.5 cm thick sheet. Using special cutters, cut shapes out of the dough.
- 6
Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then transfer the cut-out dough shapes onto a baking sheet and place it in the oven. Bake the cookies for ten minutes.
