Description
Delicious baking for the whole family. Prepare an Easter treat using this unusual recipe. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Mix flour with softened butter, beaten egg, salt, and anise. Add the dissolved yeast and knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour, then knead again and let rise for another 20 minutes. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, generously sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, dried fruits, and nuts. Roll it up into a log and place seam-side up into a baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and serve. Wishing you joyful holidays!
