Tender and delicious kefir cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You'll be amazed, but the cake batter really only includes kefir, baking soda, sugar, flour, and eggs. That's it! No need to knead the dough, no need to wait for it to rise or anything like that. Just mix all the ingredients together—and that's it, ready to bake. But here I decided to experiment and make two layers: one plain and one with cocoa. It turned out very festive and delicious! Write down my recipe.
