Tender soft cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In fact, any cutlets—pork, beef, or poultry—can be tender and soft. However, not all of them are healthy, as fried fatty meat dishes put strain on the intestines and the body overall. On the contrary, light chicken cutlets turn out to be quite diet-friendly and juicy. To prepare tender, soft cutlets, you can use a steamer or fry them in a pan. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: cook the buckwheat, then let it cool; peel the carrots and onion.
- 2
Step 2

Then, pass the chicken fillet, buckwheat, onion, and carrot through a meat grinder (you can pre-chop the vegetables finely, and grate the carrot on a grater). Also, add spices to taste and minced garlic to the meat mixture. Then, beat in an egg.

Step 3

Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved. Add salt to taste.

Step 4

From the resulting minced mixture, I usually get about 5-6 patties. Shape them with wet hands. I recommend cooking in a steamer for 30-40 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, simply fry them on a preheated skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes, possibly less).

Step 5

You can serve the ready tender soft cutlets with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables.
