The Tastiest Peach Pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This recipe is designed for 4-5 servings, so use a 20x20 cm baking dish. Choose peaches that are moderately ripe so they bake through without turning into mush. You can similarly prepare a cake with nectarines, plums, pears, or even ripe apples—feel free to experiment. Instead of thick sour cream for the topping, you can use whipped cream or sugar glaze. Almond flakes can be substituted with chopped walnuts or hazelnuts. Decorate to your taste.
