Tender pork with spinach

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted boiling water (10 minutes). Season the meat with salt, pepper, thyme, and marjoram. Pour oil into a baking dish, place the pork in it, and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Wash the spinach leaves and lightly sauté in the remaining oil. Mix crushed garlic, sour cream, and spices. Cut the meat into pieces and serve with rice, spinach, and creamy sauce. Serve hot.
