Tender fried chicken breast
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Mix flour, tarragon, salt, ginger, pepper, mustard powder, cumin, garlic powder, and oregano in a shallow bowl until well combined. Beat the egg with milk in a bowl until smooth. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess, then dip them into the egg mixture and again coat with flour. Set the breasts aside for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dredge the chicken breasts again in the flour mixture and shake off the excess. Sear the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve the dish hot.
