Apple and cranberry crumble pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Any nuts you like will work for this cake, but walnuts are the best choice. You can use frozen cranberries, but do not thaw them. They can be substituted with lingonberries or black currants. Choose apples that are not very juicy, otherwise the bottom will become soggy. If you don’t have corn starch, replace it with pudding in the same amount. If you don’t like cinnamon, simply omit it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
