Crumb pie with apricots
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. The pie is called “Nasypsnoy” because there is no real dough. Instead, you make a crumbly streusel that you spread in a baking pan, alternating it with fruit—in this case, apricots. Very simple, quick, and delicious. Serve cool or slightly warm.
