Authentic Hungarian goulash
Description
I prepare a dish with beef and vegetables (potatoes, celery, onions). Goulash is served as a main dish with the broth formed during cooking (bread is dipped into it). You can serve it with boiled rice or another grain as a side dish. Serve the dish immediately after cooking, although it can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated before serving.

Step 2
Heat the pan with olive oil and first add the garlic, then after a couple of minutes add the shallot.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Wash and clean the pepper, then dice it into cubes, as well as the leek.
