Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Use flowers only from clean areas, far from roads and factories. The tincture can be made from dried flowers of any variety. Apply tinctures as compresses for sprains and bruises. Rub on joints to relieve pain or for migraines. For sore throats, dilute with warm water and use as a gargle.
