Rosehip tincture on alcohol
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use either dried or fresh rose hips for the tincture. Keep in mind, though, that you'll need twice as much fresh rose hips, and the tincture will be cloudy, which can be fixed with thorough filtration. Unlike a decoction, the tincture contains significantly more ascorbic acid. It boosts immunity, benefits the urinary, reproductive, and digestive systems, and is also used to combat anemia. Serve chilled.
