Vodka tincture

Instructions

   Step 1

   Wash the apples and peel them.

   Place the peel, mint, and lemon balm into a jar and pour in the vodka.

   Leave in a dark place for two weeks.

   Stir the contents occasionally.

   Strain through several layers of cheesecloth.

   Add sugar and ginger. Let it steep for 2 days.

   Drain the sediment.
