Rhubarb tincture
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Any rhubarb variety can be used—the color of the infusion will depend on it; the redder the stalks, the brighter the tincture. Instead of white sugar, you can use brown sugar, which will add a caramel note to the tincture, or replace sugar with honey. The resulting tincture will be approximately 30-32% alcohol and stores well in a tightly sealed container in a dark place. Ready to serve.
