Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and sort the sea buckthorn. Place it into a clean sterilized jar or bottle.

Mix the honey into a small amount of vodka.

Pour honey and vodka into the bottle with sea buckthorn, add the remaining vodka. Close the jar. Store in a dark place for 10–12 days.

Shake the jar every couple of days.

After 10-12 days, filter the tincture through several layers of gauze. Then, pour the tincture into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator for 2 days.
