Gooseberry tincture
Description
Any variety of gooseberry can be used for the tincture, but keep in mind that green varieties will yield an almost colorless tincture, while red ones will produce a dark tincture. The best option is to use equal parts of green and red varieties. Use well-purified alcohol, as gooseberries have a relatively mild aroma. Serve chilled.
