Strawberry tincture on vodka
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The infusion needs to steep for about two weeks. After this period, the berries will become paler, and the drink will develop a rich strawberry flavor, color, and aroma. You can either leave the strawberries in the infusion and store it this way for several months, or strain it, pour into a glass bottle, and store as a finished infusion. It's ready to serve.
