Cornel berry tincture
Description
Choose soft, fully ripe berries for the tincture, but avoid spoiled ones, otherwise there will be an unpleasant aftertaste. You can use any honey, but it will affect the overall aroma of the drink. Use high-quality brandy to make an excellent liqueur. If serving to guests, warn them about the presence of honey in the composition, as it is a strong allergen.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making dogwood tincture.

Sort and wash the dogwood, let the water drain completely, then turn it into a puree.

Transfer the paste to a jar and pour in the cognac, then mix.

Add honey to the jar and stir until the honey dissolves. Close the jar tightly and store in a dark, cool place for 3 months. Then strain the infusion, pour it into bottles, and chill.
