
Blackcurrant tincture
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. It can be stored for a long time in a pantry or cellar, away from direct sunlight. You can prepare the infusion using other berries as well, for example, red currants, strawberries, raspberries, etc. It is best served chilled.

Separate the berries from the stems, place them in a colander, and rinse thoroughly under running water.

Transfer the berries to a jar and cover with granulated sugar, let stand for half an hour.

After 30 minutes, add star anise, cinnamon stick, pour alcohol into the jar, and tightly close the lid.

Leave the jar on the windowsill for 3-4 weeks. After the required time, open the jar and strain its contents through gauze.
