Blueberry and gooseberry tincture on moonshine
Description
Blueberries will give the moonshine a beautiful rich color, while gooseberries will absorb the fusel oils and add a pleasant tartness to the drink. The tincture is smooth to drink but quite strong, so be careful! You can use frozen blueberries, but the gooseberries must be fresh, although any variety will work. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste or replace it with honey. Serve chilled.
