Egg drink

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Take eggs and beat them with sugar, salt, and two cups of boiled milk until a fluffy foamy mixture forms. Then place the mixture over low heat and warm it, without bringing it to a boil, until it becomes slightly thickened. Pour in the remaining milk into the warmed mixture, add vanilla sugar, then mix or beat again and chill. Serve the drink by pouring it into glasses. If desired, the cocktail can be garnished with whipped cream and chocolate chips. Ready to serve.
